This show will explore the deeper meaning of our relationship with food. We dive into issues related to body image, restriction, bingeing, purging, compulsive exercise, and eating disorder related behaviors. We utilize ideas from psychoanalysis, the deep work therapy, to bring you answers about why you do the things you do and one step closer to a healthier relationship with food and yourself.

Hungry2Live is about Human Connection over stigma, taboos and traumas that we were told to never share. While I live my life thru the lens of recovery, I will be interviewing humans from all walks of life who have become empowered by overcoming some sort of challenge that has helped shape them into who they are today. It is titled, Hungry2Live because after being in recovery for anorexia and exercise bulimia, the only thing that was constantly present was my hunger to survive, tell my story and remind people, that a challenging moment in one’s life, is not the end, but rather the beginning to something great! Women and men alike have had to break barriers when gender bending societal norms. Told to keep quiet and keep going despite personal battles. Providing a space and having a conversation while respecting boundaries as a human, and protecting their story is my number one priority.Sit back, listen and stay hungry for your dreams!
